Anne Pennington is the Director of Marketing for Vision Properties whose responsibilities include all aspects of marketing, corporate relations, advertising and market research. From 2000-2004, Ms. Pennington was the Director of Leasing and Marketing for MetroNexus, a venture with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds which is a $19 billion global opportunity fund. Mrs. Pennington handled the leasing and marketing for over three million square feet of office and mixed use properties in Atlanta, Houston and metro New York City.
Prior to joining MetroNexus in July 2000 Ms. Katzen was an Associate at Argent Ventures LLC, a private, New York based real estate investment group, with over $2 billion in commercial real estate debt and property including the 850,000 SF Manhattan Mall, 900,000 SF One Park Ave., 400 co-op units in Brooklyn and Queens and a national data center portfolio of over three million square feet. Previously, she worked for two years in marketing with MSK Partners, a Philadelphia real estate investment and development firm after spending three years as a business analyst for Christies Fine Arts Auction House in New York. Ms. Pennington has a B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A from the Stern School of Business at New York University with a concentration in accounting and finance. Ms. Pennington holds a real estate sales license in Pennsylvania.
