The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s Southeast Regional Office (SERO) is located directly across from the Montgomery County Courthouse in Hancock Square in Norristown, Pennsylvania . The 100,000 square foot Class A Office Building is home to SERO and approximately 300 employees who oversee air quality, emergency response, environmental cleanups, waste management, water supply and water management, radiation programs in the five-county area (Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery).

Vision Properties acquired the land, developed and began construction in August of 2002; DEP took occupancy in February of 2004. The building was developed with “Green Technology and Sustainable systems throughout.
