The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection South Central Regional Office is a green building. The project was build on a Brownfield Side and included capping off the existing landfill” implementing a leachate collection system and a methane gas collection system to recycle and make habitable formerly unusable land.

Vision Properties sited, designed, constructed and operated this facility to provide a healthy environment for its occupants and minimize its impact on the environment. The PA DEP has since made its second South East Regional Headquarters with Vision Properties in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
